3) What kind of media institution might distribute
your media product and why?
The media institution that might distribute out media
product would be studio canal, this is because it is a small british
independent company. The reason for this is studio canal is a low budget
company and it not be able to spend a lot of money on advertising. The cast
that would be used in this particular company are not famous as they are not
able to afford to pay for big budget cast. As studio canal is a low budget company
it would be able to go to any exotic or any locations that are well known, also
they are not able to spend a lot of money on the marketing various products
that implement the film. the distribution of the film would go straight to dvd
or on the internet, there would be no premier needed for our film as it would
be necessary, this is as studio canal are not able to and the fact that they
are a small company, the premier wouldn't cause much of an impact on the
distribution of the film.
